Bernice Constantine    

Bernice qualified ACA in 1985 and has since specialised in providing tax services with “Big 4″ firms before joining Riley as a Tax partner in 1999.

Bernice specialises in tax planning including remuneration planning, incorporation, share schemes, company reorganisations, share valuations and succession planning.
