This is a program that enables us to dial in to a modem-equipped computer at another location to diagnose problems, help with producing reports or just to check that the accounts system is working as it should.

The program is widely known in the computer industry and includes a range of well-tried security features.

Using this program enables us to 'call on' your system and check it often in the space of a few minutes. This means a fast response to problems and saves the time and cost of having one of our consultants travel to your premises.
