David Powell
 History: Originally from Surrey, David qualified as a chartered accountant with Neville Russell (now Mazars) in the City then spent four years with Price Waterhouse, also in London. Moved to Devon then joined Riley, becoming a partner in 1985.
Interests: Anything that helps business owners achieve success. Using technology to aid understanding of financial and market changes. E-commerce as a tool for small business.
Outside interests: The outdoors - including wildlife and environmental matters; travel; music; amateur radio; reading.
