Bernice Constantine
 History
Originally from the Bristol area, Bernice qualified with a medium sized practice there in 1985 then went on to specialise in corporate tax with Coopers & Lybrand.
She later moved to Cornwall and spent over seven years with Grant Thornton dealing mainly with tax planning issues for local companies and their owners.
Bernice was headhunted to Riley in 1999 as partner in charge of tax planning services.
Interests
Bernice loves nothing more than finding legitimate ways of keeping business tax costs to a minimum and extracting money from companies into the hands of directors/shareholders with the bare minimum of tax payable!
She specialises in general tax mitigation for companies and individuals, planning for sales and acquisitions of businesses and arrangements for passing down the family business, and in planning matters surrounding preparing for retirement.
Also has a keen interest in seeing that businesses are fully informed about the full range of major and minor tax planning opportunities available to them.
